This small yet incredibly cozy home, with a total area of 65.5 square meters including the terrace, is a perfect example of compactness and functionality. Its architecture is inspired by the A-frame style, giving the house a unique and modern look. Imagine the house is already built, and we are walking through its rooms.

As we approach the house, we see a charming porch that leads to the entryway. Upon entering, to the right of the hallway, there’s a door to a convenient bathroom with a shower. Moving further inside, we arrive at the heart of the home — a spacious living room filled with light from large panoramic sliding windows that open onto the terrace. The living room is divided into several seating areas, perfect for gathering with loved ones or enjoying quiet moments alone.

To the left of the entrance is a compact but highly functional kitchen, where you can cook with ease while staying connected to those in the house. On the right, as you enter the living room, there is a staircase leading to the second floor, which houses the sleeping area. This cozy space is fitted with beds and is illuminated by windows on both sides, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There’s also a handy wardrobe and a work area with a desk, providing everything needed for work or relaxation.

This house is the true embodiment of comfort and thoughtful design, with every corner crafted to provide a sense of harmony and coziness.
